Fit Recipe: A Berry Pear-y Smoothie

A Berry Pear-y Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 capfuls of Flyte VITA
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Handful of ice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except ice, into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice and continue blending until ice is crushed.
  3. Enjoy your smoothie on the way to work, the gym, or just on-the-go!
