Tropical Gains Smoothie
- 1/2 to 1 scoop Flyte CREA Peach Mango
- 1/2 to 1 scoop Flyte BOLT Orange Pineapple
- 1 cup frozen tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, orange)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Handful of ice
- Place all ingredients, except ice, into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice and continue blending until ice is crushed.
- Enjoy your smoothie after a workout for some gainzzz and recovery!
