Increasing the amount you move throughout the day in small amounts can be a big payoff. If you typically sit all day working at a desk, changing to a standing desk (check out Varidesk) can make a big difference.
While it may not seem like a big change, just standing burns more calories than sitting, so by standing for 4-6 more hours a day, you could double the number of calories you burn.
The same goes for walking! Add more steps by choosing a further parking spot, walking to lunch, etc (all without being late, obviously). Let's get moving in 2017!
