As we wrap up our season focusing on the dangers and pitfalls of idolatry, you've now got enough knowledge and tools to go into battle. But there's something I'm concerned about.

We’ve identified and confessed our idols. So it’s time to move on to step 3: replacing them. 

But how does this happen? The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:22-24 “put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness” (NIV).

Achieving your fitness goals is about much more than showing up at the gym and putting in raw effort. In order to be successful, you need to start with a balanced foundation, which includes a healthy level of testosterone. While present in both men and women, testosterone is the main sex hormone in males and is found in much higher levels in men. 
Every day, we’re exposed to hundreds of dangerous chemicals. They’re in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the foods we eat, and the products we use. To counter the harmful effects of these compounds, our bodies need a consistent, plentiful supply of antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
